With Khama Billiat having recently joined a newly promoted team in the Zimbabwean top-flight, the player has now broken his silence regarding how much he earns.
Last week, Billiat officially joined Scottland FC, putting an end to all speculation that he could make a grand return to South Africa.

Scottland will compete in their maiden Castle Lager Premier Soccer League season this year after securing promotion from the second tier at the end of 2024.
With the club having pulled off such a major signing, it has since been speculated that Billiat is on a huge salary, which makes him one of the highest earners in the league.
According to The Chronicle, there have been reports suggesting that the former Kaizer Chiefs star received US$45,000 (R844,000) as a signing-on fee.
The Warriors talisman has since addressed those claims, denying any truth to them.
"I am not at liberty to divulge the financial terms of my contract with Scottland, but I need to clarify that the US$45,000 figure circulating on social media is baseless. My deal is nowhere near that," Billiat told Zim Sports Hub.
"Ordinarily I would have ignored the reports but it creates problems. It puts my life in danger because people will be made to believe that I have such amounts of money, and they (criminals) can target me."
He added: "There is no doubt that there is a lot of interest in what is happening at Scottland but at the same time it is unprofessional to create hype using false information that then puts me at risk over money that I do not have.
"It is quite disturbing that someone finds it okay to just come up with a ridiculous figure and run with it on social media without reflecting on what it does, especially to me."
