With Manchester City already being heavily linked with Egyptian star Omar Marmoush, the club are reportedly now vying for another African player.
The Sky Blues are reportedly on the verge of securing the signature of Juma Bah, an 18-year-old Sierra Leonean defender who has been catching the eye with his performances in LALIGA this season.

This comes as the Premier League champions continue their pursuit of Egyptian forward Omar Marmoush, with Pep Guardiola said to be keen on bolstering his attacking options during the January transfer window.
Bah, who currently plies his trade with Real Valladolid, has become one of the most sought-after young defenders in Europe following a series of standout performances.
The towering centre-half, currently on loan from Sierra Leonean club AIK Freetong, has started five of Valladolid's last six league matches, establishing himself as a key figure in their defence.
Since making his LALIGA debut in September 2024 against Real Sociedad, Bah has racked up 11 league appearances and one outing in the Copa del Rey, showcasing his solid defensive abilities and imposing physical presence.
City's interest in the African defender reportedly dates back several months, with the club said to be planning on signing him this month and loaning him out for 18 months to aid his development.
This strategy appears to have positioned the Citizens as frontrunners for the youngster's signature, despite fierce competition believed to have come from European heavyweights such as Inter Milan, Lens, and Fenerbahce.
Everton and Crystal Palace are said to have also shown interest but are understood to be lagging behind in the race.

According to reports, Bah initially hesitated on committing to City after approaches from other clubs, but the Premier League champions' persistent pursuit and clear developmental plan have seemingly tipped the scales in their favour.
