Recently departed Mamelodi Sundowns star Erwin Saavedra has broken his silence on his return to Bolivia.
Saavedra's time in South Africa wasn't particularly eventful, as the Bolivian star made fewer than 20 appearances in the colours of Sundowns despite being contracted to the Betway Premiership giants for three years, as per Transfermarkt.
The midfielder was announced as a new signing by Club Bolívar, a side he previously represented, having risen through their academy into the first team.

Saavedra also spent the bulk of 2024 on loan at Bolívar and has since permanently rejoined the Bolivian team.
After being unveiled by Bolívar earlier this week, the 28-year-old has now broken his silence about returning to his boyhood club.
"For me, coming back is an immense joy. I'm excited about the idea of returning for the centenary, as well as everything Marcelo and the club are doing, and of course, for the fans," said Saavedra during an interview with Bolívar 24/7 Radio.
"I'm very happy to return to what has been my home and always will be. Now, it's time to make the most of this moment. The passion for this club, for defending these colours—I identify strongly with these colours, and the passion for fighting in every match helps me a lot."
He added: "I spent many years at the club, having been here since I was 16. Every year was a learning experience for me, adapting to different positions and developing in the best possible way in each match.
"That allowed me to become a player who can perform in various positions and learn from the greats who have come through the club. That was very important. Each year, the club has grown significantly.
"The intensity and responsibility that come with representing this badge are immense. Defending these colours will always be a privilege and an honour."
