However, the fixture was abandoned due to violent incidents that are believed to have taken place.
Chaos erupted before kick-off, with what has been described as acts of hooliganism disrupting proceedings, according to Afrik Foot.
Match referee Youcef Gamouh assessed the situation and declared the security conditions inadequate, leading to the cancellation of the match.
Things took an even more horrifying turn when Mustapha Maza, manager of USMH, was attacked with acid.
Reports indicate that hydrochloric acid was thrown in his face, causing serious eye injuries. This brutal act sparked outrage, reaching beyond football and into criminal territory.
In addition to the attack on the manager, several El Harrach players and staff members are believed to have been targeted and injured in the violence.

The Algerian Football Federation (FAF) are believed to have launched an immediate investigation into the incident, vowing to take firm action against those responsible.
Federation president Walid Sadi, who also serves as the Minister of Sports, promised severe sanctions.
"These actions severely damage the image of our sport. It is crucial to take strong measures to eliminate such violent behaviour," he is quoted to have said in an official statement by FAF.
