All 54 member associations will be in attendance to elect the CAF president, some executive committee members, and the CAF representation on the FIFA Council.
Of interest is the presidency.
Motsepe was first elected in 2021 and under him CAF has made considerable progress in uplifting the game across the continent.
The mining magnate has increased prizemoney for all competitions, which are now running with improved organisation.
He has also taken the organisation to steady financial standing.
Motsepe took over from Madagascar's Ahmed Ahmed.
Sudesh Singh, Football Strategist, who also works as analyst on SuperSport's Soccer Africa, highlights the progress made under Motsepe's leadership.
"There has been considerable positive in the spaces of finance, proper governance, and integrity," Singh tells KickOff.com.
