Augusto Palacios, a man who has seen many Soweto derbies come and go, has revealed why the upcoming clash between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs has his heart pumping with joy.
Pirates will host their arch-nemesis Chiefs at FNB Stadium on Saturday in a crucial battle for not just the three points but bragging rights too.

It has been dubbed the 'Battle of the Cocomelons' by many, with tickets already sold out.
Palacios disagrees with those who believe that the in-form Buccaneers will easily defeat their neighbours.
"This is a derby for the up-and-coming young players. They remind me of years ago. They take me back 15 years when top teams in this country believed in young talent," says the well-travelled coach, previewing the clash with KickOff.com.
"What makes this derby particularly interesting is that some players will be experiencing it for the first time. I'm urging these young players not to put too much pressure on themselves.
"They should enjoy the game. Trying to do too much can hurt your performance.
"The Soweto Derby is different from regular PSL matches. In the derby, you can't even hear your own coach giving instructions - all you see is his mouth moving while the noise from the stands drowns everything else out.
"It's crucial for the senior players to guide the youngsters," adds Palacios.
Asked for a prediction, the man nicknamed 'Njenje' was non-committal.
"Expect an exciting match. There are no favourites here. Football is full of surprises.

"Both teams feature young players who are currently scoring goals. I predict a very tough game. Neither team will win by three or four goals; it will be close.
"Both teams will be playing to win, and no one is aiming for a draw."
