A Romanian pundit has claimed that South African star Siyabonga Ngezana dislocated his hand during a recent clash in the SuperLiga for FCSB.
Ngezana was the subject of a controversial decision by the referee during FCSB's 2-1 win over Dinamo Bucure?ti on Sunday.

In the 33rd minute of the match, a Bucuresti player fizzed in a cross into the box, which appeared to hit Ngezana on the hand before it was headed by another opposition player.

But despite the South African defender having his hands raised as the ball approached him, the referee ruled that it wasn't a penalty, leading to an intense debate between Romanian pundit Cristi Borcea and FCSB owner Gigi Becali during a studio broadcast of the match.
Ngezana was withdrawn early in the second half of the match, and Borcea argued it was because the 27-year-old had dislocated his hand during the contentious handball appeal.
According to DigiSport, Borcea and Becali's dialogue went as follows:
Becali: "He doesn't touch it at all!"
Borcea: "No, he just gives it a slap."
Becali: "He doesn't touch it at all; he avoids the ball. It hits him on the head."
Borcea: "He gives it a slap."
Becali: "It's not [a handball], because if it were, it would have changed direction."
Borcea: "Godfather, look how he breaks his hand. He breaks his hand."
Becali: "He avoids the ball."
Borcea: "Look at his hand. It's up, then he breaks his hand at the elbow."
Becali: "He doesn't break his hand; he's holding it down, and the ball hits him on the head. His hand wasn't on the ball by even a centimetre. Seriously, that's how I see it. It hits him on the head."
Borcea: "Look. I say you substituted Ngezana because he dislocated his hand."
