After a forced retirement, Sergio Aguero could be on the verge of making an incredible return to the professional arena following his doctor's latest revelation.
The 35-year-old represented Manchester City for 10 years, winning five Premier League titles and an FA Cup among other trophies before leaving the club as its all-time top scorer with 260 goals.

The Argentine then joined Barcelona from the Citizens in July 2021, but was forced into an early retirement just a few months later after suffering a cardiac arrhythmia during a LALIGA match in October.
While he has not competed at the highest level since hanging up his boots, Aguero did play in Gerard Pique's seven-a-side Kings League tournament, but he is now hopeful of a stunning return to the professional arena.
On Thursday, the former Citizen was on a Twitch stream when he picked up the phone, initiating a call with his cardiologist.
During the ensuing conversation, he received news that a U-turn on his decision to retire could be a possibility.
After being asked by the attacker if he would be able to last for 20 minutes in a professional game, his cardiologist stated that he could, but would have to undergo tests and match-like simulations.
More importantly, however, the medical practitioner stated that there was hope.
"You won't have any problems playing for that long," the specialist said.
"Logically, we have to do the studies, which already correspond, and make you run as if it were a game... When you approach the two centre-backs, if you have to do a trick, something like that, you have to be well prepared.
"So I would tell you to, 'get ready, there is hope', you could say. You have to get well, in a physical state for a few minutes [of action].
"In short, it is possible."
