South Africa will be playing two 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers starting with a tricky away fixture to Ghana on Thursday, 14 November, and three days later they will host Sudan on Sunday, 17 November at Orlando Stadium.
Acting SABC spokesperson Mmoni Seapolelo explains the reason they are unable to show both matches to South Africans.
"The SABC can confirm that it has acquired the inbound free-to-air rights directly from SAFA," she reveals to snl24.com/kickoff.
"This allows the public broadcaster to show the Bafana Bafana versus Sudan match, which will take place on Sunday, 17 November at Orlando Stadium.
"In regards to the Ghana versus Bafana Bafana match on Thursday, we will not be able to broadcast this match as we do not have the broadcast rights."
