KickOff can reveal that AmaZulu has joined the race to sign midfielder Nhlanhla Mgaga.
The 28-year-old midfielder is on the wanted list of Sekhukhune United, who has also expressed their interest to bring the player to Polokwane next season.
Mgaga is set to become a free agent at the end of this month after Stellenbosch FC failed to renew his contract. The player joined Stellies in June 2022 from Baroka and went to make 63 appearances during his stay in the Cape Winelands.

According to sources close to Amazulu, the club has already submitted an offer to Mgaga with the intention to sign him for next season.
"The club is talking to Mgaga. They want to bring him to Durban next season. They are still negotiating for the contract and if they agree on financial terms he will sign before the weekend," said the source close to the Durban-based side.
Amazulu has already released Veluyeke Zulu, George Maluleka, and Augustine Kwem to accommodate the arrival of new players.
Kwem has already been linked with a move to join Cape Town City next season.
