"Where did you find out [laughs], It happened so quickly man, I came up to KZN on Monday," February tells KickOff.
"Since last week there were talks about it, but it only materialised the past Saturday.
"We started to speak the week before, but we were just ironing out the finer details.
"Agreement was finally reached on the weekend."
Asked by this publication if he had joined on a permanent deal, he said, "No I'm on loan again, and for now it's for six months.
"Hopefully if I get an opportunity I will take it.
"For now I'm just happy to be here. If I can get an opportunity you know, anything can happen. I'm ready.
"For now game time would be nice, obviously I know it's going to be a good competition because Veli [Mothwa] is here, and I'm always ready to compete you know.
"The goal is to help the team firstly, and repay them for the trust they've shown in me. I want to repay their faith in me.
"I chose AmaZulu because they came and they actually put pen to paper. Others just spoke.
"Change of scenery sometimes it's good man. I'm away from Joburg now seeing something else. You never know what might happen after the six months."
