Head coach Hugo Broos has warned against underestimating upcoming opponents Uganda in what will be Bafana Bafana's penultimate 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier clash.
Broos and his charges have already have already left South African shores, headed for Central East Africa, where they are set to take on Uganda at the Nelson Mandela National Stadium on Friday.

They need a single win, or even two draws, from their two upcoming qualifiers to guarantee a spot in next year's continental showpiece and will be up against a Uganda side that has already secured their ticket.
Ahead of the clash, Broos believes this factor will make his opponents a tricky bunch.
"We can end 2024 on a fantastic note," the Belgian told journalists on Monday.
"We started the year very well with the bronze medal [at the 2023 AFCON] and it would be nice to end it with qualification for AFCON again.
"We will try to qualify in the first game [against Uganda].

"It will not be easy because we are playing against an opponent who is already qualified and who is confident. I think they played very good qualifiers, and they are playing at home.
"But in the past, we succeeded in winning difficult games and we know we can do it because we have quality in the team," added the coach.
The fixture against Uganda will kick off at 15:00 (SA time).
After that, Bafana will return to South Africa to host South Sudan at DHL Stadium in Cape Town on Tuesday.
