In this edition of My Dream Team, former South Africa international Manqoba Ngwenya gives his first he thinks should start for Bafana Bafana against Mali in their AFCON opener.
The Africa Cup of Nations is here and everyone is keen to see what line up Hugo Broos would choose in the opening match.
Bafana is in Group E with Mali, Tunisia, and Namibia.
Formation
"4-3-3. I'm looking at the players that I prefer to start."
Goalkeeper
"At goals, I have Ronwen Williams as a leader. He's conceded less amount of goals in the league.
"He's got the experience of playing in the CAF Champions League, and he can play from the back. We will need a sweeper keeper like him. He manages the game well and can also distribute."

Defenders
"Khuliso Mudau will be my right-back, he is reliable, he can overlap, he's gained vast experience playing for Sundowns in the Champions League.
"I will also have Terrence Mashego as my left-back, he has the work required in that position.
"I will also put Nkosinathi Sibisi and Grant Kekana in the center-back position.
"Sibisi he's been doing well for Pirates, and Kekana he's had more game time compared to Siyanda Xulu who doesn't have a team."
Midfielders
"Teboho Mokoena and Siphephelo Sithole will be my central midfielder. Sithole, he's got international experience and he's very comfortable on the ball.
"Mokoena brings a different dimension, when things are tough he can have a crack on goal and he is very solid.
"Themba Zwane will play the central attacking midfielder position. To me, he is one of the best in the country. We need his experience and composure. He would also be probably my captain."

Forwards
"On the left wing, I will put Mihlali Mayambela, I think he's got a lot to prove, and we are yet to see the best of him. He deserves an opportunity to start.
"On the right wing I will put one of my favorites which is Percy Tau, he is the current best player based in Africa.
"Upfront I will have Evidence Makgopa. He's been doing well in terms of form. You'd want to start with somebody who is getting a lot of game time and have that momentum going."
