With domestic football having a wave of youngsters entering the first team stage, there is yet another new kid on the block.
Betway Premiership strugglers Cape Town City have taken interest in teenage prodigy Mpungu Ellie Kongolo amid further enquiries in the Congolese from Europe.
Kongolo, who is 17-years-old, has been training with City in the hope of being offered a deal after emerging at FC Les Anges du Congo.

Such is the talent of the teenager, who is already being singled out for a future move to Europe by those that have watched him in action.
"The boy is destined for the big things in his career based on what I have seen of him here in Congo," points out a retired Congolese footballer who played in the PSL before.
"You don't even need to watch him for 30 minutes to acknowledge his qualities.
"The boy can play, and I'm not surprised someone has taken notice and brought him to South Africa.
"South Africa is not the last stop for him because he is on his way to Europe without any doubt.
"I hope whoever is handling him is aware of that," says the retired footballer.
This website has been informed that there are possibilities in Spain and Sweden for the Congolese striker, who turns 18 in October.
Kongolo will stay at City until 15 April.

"The boy scored twice in one match the other day after coming on while the team was trailing 3-0.
"He is definitely a top talent, and it is just a matter of the decision makers making the call now.
"What is without doubt is that the boy is ready," says another contact."
