Edmilson Dove will have options upon the expiry of his contract at Kaizer Chiefs at the end of June.
Dove has played seven games since returning from a long injury lay-off, which forced him out for the first half of the season.

While he has had regular minutes since the beginning of March, the matter of his contract is already open for discussions with his current deal up at the end of June.
Just like last season, Chiefs have not been committal, choosing to play the waiting game while assessing their options.
In the meanwhile, this website has gathered that Dove’s former club Uniao Desportivo do Songo will be open to welcoming him back to Mozambique should he not get another deal in the PSL.
UD Songo offer their top players packages comparable to what the low end of Betway Premiership clubs pay, and better than what those in the Motsepe Foundation Championship earn.
However, they are aware that they are an option to be considered if Dove doesn’t get another deal at Naturena and exhausts all his options in the PSL.
There have also been attempts to explore the Gulf Region market, where age is never an issue.
Dove is back in the Mozambican national team and got minutes during the March FIFA dates.

“Everyone knows that I’m coming from a long lay-off and, I as I said, there are certain things that are not in our jurisdiction to talk about, and I’m not really focused on that (contract talks) right now.
“I just want to help my teammates so that we finish in a good and better position for this season,” said Dove.
