Former Orlando Pirates winger Dikgang Mabalane showed his class in a department he is not commonly known for when he attended Teko Modise's 40th birthday recently. Here's a look.
The story
Nicknamed Terminator, the ex-Moroka Swallows attacker was one of the most likeable footballers of his generation, as he hardly ever set a foot wrong during his stints in Soweto. In fact, Mabalane was a key member of Pirates team that won successive trebles in 2011 and 2012.
Having retired in 2017 and later became a pundit, the Soweto-born man might show glimpses of being stylish during his appearances on Supersport shows, he has rarely been spotted looking this outstandingly dapper.

He attended his former Bucs teammate Modise's 40th birthday over the long weekend and one might imagine he felt the pressure of looking excellent in tuxedo given that The Navigator is renowned for being stylish.
Nevertheless, despite the black and white theme for men at the event, Mabalane stood out completely with his well-tailored tux that was accessorised with a pocket chain. The bow-tie was neat and the glossy derby shoes with blue bottoms added an extra touch of sophistication to his look.
The were also some notable attendees at the celebration, including Banyana Banyana legend Amanda Dlamini, acclaimed broadcaster Robert Marawa, and radio personality Zizo Tshwete.
In an Instagram post, the former Selimathunzi presenter said: "Tonight was a beautiful night with a mix of some of the coolest people I've hung out with in a long time. Everything about today has been testament to our host and his wife. Thank you for a great night."
