WATCH: Flamboyant Gallants star brings Amapiano and kasi flavour into one mix

Marumo Gallants' silky winger Mahlatse Makudubela has flexed his football skills with an added touch of Amapiano. Here's a look!

The story

Arguably one of the most flamboyant players in the league due to his insatiable appetite to take his opponents to the cleaners, Makudebela is viewed as one of the most entertaining footballers to watch in the DStv Premiership.

Nicknamed 'Skudu', the attacker has found a better patch in his career, having endured some challenges after leaving Orlando Pirates in 2018. Despite having represented Highlands Park and the University of Pretoria in the last four year, he has spent almost two seasons without a club during that period.

It didn't take him long to impress at Gallants and he is now thought to one of the fan favourites due to his flair and audacious style of play.

The road to continental glory?

The Limpopo outfit is the only remaining South African team this season's CAF Confederations Cup after Cape Town City and Royal AM were both eliminated from the tournament in the preliminary rounds. Gallants will resume their campaign in 2023, while coach Dan Malesela has already confirmed his side will hopefully sign a number of players in the January transfer window.
