Gym heads: Jost Dladla versus Lucky Lekgwathi

Along with a few other PSL retirees, Kaizer Chiefs legend Josta Dladla is seemingly aging like wine, thanks to his excellent health and fitness practices.

At just 42-years-old, Dladla's physique seems to be in great shape as he is often seen performing vigorous workouts to maintain a healthy mind and body.

Scroll through the gallery above to see how Josta Dladla and Lucky Lekgwathi have been keeping in shape

The former Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder has shown an uncompromising attitude towards health and wellness, and his robustness at the gym has produced the results he wants as it is apparent that his physique did not visibly deteriorate after hanging up his boots. In fact, Josta seems to be a lot broader and shredded than he was during the twilight of his career.

Judging by his social media posts, the former Danish topflight star who represented Aarhus from 2001 to 2004, is showing no signs of slowing down.

While most players are at liberty to decide to keep fit or not after retirement, not many are as committed to preserving an excellent shape as much of them lose their athleticism once they have said goodbye to the beautiful game.

A former rival of Dladla, Orlando Pirates' ex-captain Lucky Letlhonolo Lekgwathi is also a fitness enthusiast. His appreciation for a healthy body has also not gone unnoticed, as we reckon that he and Dladla would put in good performances in a Soweto Derby legend's game due to their current physical abilities.

Your thoughts, please?

Which other PSL retiree can you think of who seems to be in great fitness condition?
