AmaZulu star Xola Mlambo has recently admitted that he has copied Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema when it comes to his latest self-care activity.
It seems apparent that Usuthu midfielder Mlambo is all about self-care and taking care of his body by routinely doing some therapy.

This time, the former Orlando Pirates man followed in the footsteps of superstar forward Benzema, who indirectly recommended cupping therapy recently.
While it may seem painful at first glance, due to the round marks it leaves on your body, this form of massage therapy is highly rated in some quarters as it is understood to be an ancient method of body therapy.
Basically, the therapist places special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. This suction is useful for many purposes, such as body aches, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and well-being, and as a deep-tissue massage.
Mlambo has clearly taken a liking towards this form of therapy, but it comes as no surprise to those that know his efforts of self-care and body preservation.
It was not too long ago when Mlambo visited a skin-care doctor, who gave him what appears to be laser treatment. The benefits of laser toning are said to better pigmentation, reduction of wrinkles, lightening of aging spots, and combats acne scars, among more benefits.
