Nasreddine Nabi has come to the defence of a Kaizer Chiefs attacker whose end-product, particularly in front of goal this season, has come under criticism from sections of the fanbase.
Chiefs produced an improved second half performance to down Magesi FC at FNB Stadium on Tuesday thanks to a well-taken goal by substitute Ashley Du Preez with his first touch of the game.

The scoreline could very well have read 2-0 at full-time had Pule Mmodi found the net after he was put through in the dying minutes, only to strike the post.
For the former Golden Arrows man, that has been the theme this season.
Despite putting himself in advantageous positions to score, he has frustratingly failed to find his scoring touch, and only has three goals to show from his 14 appearances in all competitions.
Rather frightening is that he is yet to find the back of the net in the league for Amakhosi.
Addressing the media after the match, Nabi defended the dribbling wizard.
"We work with him on his finishing. We believe that if he improves on that, he's going to be a very big player," affirmed Nabi.
"That's because he's a player that gives you a lot of things - defensively, offensively, one v one and attacking.

"And if he improves that thing [finishing], it's a click. When it clicks, we believe he can even be a starter in the Bafana Bafana [team]," he added.
Mmodi, though, remains a key weapon for Nabi and is a shoo-in for a starting berth against Stellenbosch FC in the Nedbank Cup quarterfinals at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Saturday.
