Kaizer Chiefs midfielder and captain Yusuf Maart has responded to recent criticism as the side puts in the final preparations for the CUFA Cup friendly match against Marumo Gallants.
Chiefs have won two out of the three matches played so far, and for all the praise the team has received, some supporters have expressed concerns about the form of skipper Maart.

The 29-year-old has started in all three games, an indication of trust from head coach Nasreddine Nabi, who, for the most part, has made wholesale changes to the starting line-up.
Speaking to journalists at Amakhosi's media open day on Tuesday, Maart said he remains unaffected by the recent wave of criticism.
"It's something I don't take note of or I don't know about because I'm not on social media," the midfielder said.
"If you are a lot on there, then you will know what's going on, but I'm not a lot on there, so I don't see all those things.
"I think mostly friends, family and teammates because my teammates don't bring it to the training, all those negatives. So, it won't affect anyone."

The former Sekhukhune United man conceded, however, that there are aspects of his game that he has to improve.
"Yes, there is a lot [to improve] and hopefully it will happen soon," Maart added.
