With Kaizer Chiefs having the opportunity to win a trophy for the first time in a decade, we take a look at players at the club who have lifted a trophy before in their careers.
Ahead of the Soweto Derby Nedbank Cup final against arch-rivals Orlando Pirates, most Chiefs players would be relishing the chance to actually win a trophy for the first time ever.

Perhaps it is an indication of why the team has been struggling to reach the cup finals, as the majority of the players recruited over the years joined them without the honour of silverware in their careers.
Other players who have won at least one piece of silverware from their previous clubs are not regulars under head coach Nasreddine Nabi.
Goalkeeper Brandon Petersen has previously won the MTN8 with Cape Town Spurs, but that was way back in 2015.
He had Tashreeq Morris as teammate at the time.
The latter is one of only two players at Amakhosi who have won at least two trophies as he also annexed the MTN8 with Cape Town City in 2018.
The most decorated player when it comes to trophy haul at the Glamour Boys is Gaston Sirino, who has won multiple trophies Mamelodi Sundowns during a six-and-half year stay at Chloorkop.
The other player to have tasted silverware is Reeve Frosler, who had just been promoted when Wits were crowned league champions for the first time in 2016/17, though he did not play a part.

Tebogo Potsane is also among the list of players at the club who have gold medals in South Africa's topflight after he won the Nedbank Cup with Free State Stars seven years ago.
The rest of the players have not won any silverware in the PSL before.
