SAFA have announced an impressive new partnership with VW for the South African women's national team.
As part of the stunning dealing, 10 VW new cars were on show at the official launch, including the Tiguan (3), T-Cross (3), Caddy (3), and one Crafter.

"Today is a big day for Women's Football, and we are happy to be getting this sponsorship dedicated to the empowerment of Women's football" said SAFA president Danny Jordaan, according to SAFA.net on X.
VW's head of marketing ridget Harpur also said: "We are dedicated to moving people forward."
In their sponsorship manifesto, the executives of the German carmaker also vowed: "We are you. We are ambassadors for the beautiful game, inspiring players of all backgrounds and generations to lace up their boots and chase the game"

Elsewhere, Banyana currently have two of their squad handling different commitments, as one team has just reached the final the COSAFA Women's Cup after beating Mozambique on penalties on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the core Banyana team recently completed their European tour, as they were beaten 5-0 by Denmark but showed a strong display against England this week, ending their trip with a resilient 2-1 loss at the hands of the second-ranked nation in women's football.
