Former Bafana Bafana striker Lebo Mothiba could make his much-awaited debut for Mamelodi Sundowns when they take on Sekhukhune United in the Nedbank Cup on Friday.
Mothiba has yet to make his first official appearance for Sundowns since signing with the club a couple of weeks ago.

The 29-year-old joined as a free agent after parting ways with Strasbourg in France, while he was also previously on the books of Troyes and LOSC Lille.
With both Peter Shalulile and Iqraam Rayners heavily involved with national team duties in the World Cup qualifiers for Namibia and South Africa respectively this week, the side could turn to Mothiba to lead the frontline against Sekhukhune in the Nedbank Cup in Atteridgeville.
Assistant coach Steve Komphela believes the lanky marksman's technical abilities add value to the Chloorkop-based outfit.
"Without taking comment and observation from the head coach, Lebo has pedigree, he is known in South Africa and abroad, his technical abilities are there, and also his attitude as a youngster and a player," Komphela told KickOff.com.

"We're looking forward to profit from those, because we have a hectic schedule and with a lot of matches, we need as much as many players as possible. We only wish him well that he comes in and stays injury-free, gets to the top of his athletic level physically so that he can deliver for Sundowns. We are excited to have him," added the well-travelled tactician.
Sundowns will face Kaizer Chiefs in the semi-final should they go past Babina Noko.
