Mamelodi Sundowns defender Khuliso Mudau's agency has opened up on the growing overseas interest in their client ahead of the opening of the transfer window.
Mudau's importance to Sundowns was marked by head coach Rulani Mokwena insisting on the right wing-back to continue playing with a heavily strapped shoulder after his injury early in the Nedbank Cup final against Orlando Pirates.

The tactician famously sent a note to the defender, which was captured by photographer Pitsi Vincent Matlou, aka Vino Snap, which read: 'I said I could take a bullet for you!! I am asking you not to give up on me!!'
Despite the injury, 'Sailor' was subsequently included in the Bafana Bafana squad that was scheduled to play 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Nigeria and Zimbabwe a week later.
Prior to and since returning from the Africa Cup of Nations, where Hugo Broos' charges finished third, interest from overseas clubs in Mudau has gone up a notch, with English side Burnley reportedly showing interest, followed by Genk from Belgium.
Recent reports have suggested that French outfit RC Lens have shown serious interest in the Limpopo native.
Mudau's agency JDR Consulting have admitted that there is interest coming from abroad for the 29-year-old, but that they were not in a position to reveal the identity of the clubs.
"We've had interest from France, we've had interest from England, I can't tell you names of the clubs, but we don't have an official offer yet," JDR Consulting told KickOff exclusively.

Mudau's deal is set to expire in June next year and Sundowns could be forced to sell to avoid losing the speedy defender for free next year, with the transfer window officially opening on Monday.
