Mozambican attacking midfielder Luis Miquissone has moved back to Tanzania giants Simba SC following his struggles over the past season.
Miquissone was signed by Sundowns in 2018 but had little joy before moving to further unsuccessful spells at Chippa United and Royal Eagles but then blossomed at Simba SC in Tanzania before winning a move to Al Ahly.

In Egypt, Miquissone scored five goals in his first season but was then moved out on loan to Saudi club Abha at the beginning of the 2022/23 season while Sven Vandenbroeck was still the coach.
Vandenbroeck was then sacked after just three months in charge and Miquissone suddenly found himself falling further away.
From the four appearances that Miquissone made under the Belgian, the Mozambican then found himself not even making the match-day squad and was only on the bench once since then.
Vandenbroeck had previously worked with Miquissone in Tanzania and recommended his signing to Abha.
With the frustration of not even making the match-day squad under Mateusz Laiczak and Roel Coumans, Miquissone then packed up before the end of the season and headed back home to Mozambique.
The 27-year-old has been training with his former club UD Songo since April.
This website has now been told that Miquissone has re-joined Simba after signing his contract on Sunday after agreeing personal terms following what has been termed as 'resignation' at Al Ahly.
Miquissone will now travel to Tanzania this week once he completes the rest of his paperwork.
Simba will play in the 2023/24 CAF Champions League which will offer Miquissone minutes at the top level of club football on the continent.
