Cardoso will complete two months in charge on Monday and what has been noticeable is how he has managed his squad.

In 11 matches played, the Portuguese has already used 31 players, cultivating some measure of rotation considering the compact schedule.
"The good thing is that the coach tries and explains to us the load and the matches that are coming," points out Modiba, who was rested in midweek ahead of the match against Orlando Pirates on Saturday.
"They (games) are coming thick and fast.
"For us, it is to take it in your head that because he will tell you that this game you will play and that game you will rest.
"So, as a player, you try and understand where he is coming from because at the end of the day, he doesn't want us to break down before the season ends.
"So, we understand what he wants from us.
"For us, it is to adjust and get to understand where the coach is going with the whole thing," says the former SuperSport United man, sharing further on the 52-year-old gaffer.
"He works hard and sees things before they happen, which is a good thing to have as a coach.
"We are enjoying working with him together with his technical team.

"Right now, we understand what he wants from us, which is why we have been doing well with him.
"Hopefully, we can keep on going and collecting those points with him being our coach.
"So, we are excited working with him," notes Modiba.
