Mamelodi Sundowns have stretched their top earners list following the new signings made by the club in this transfer window headlined by Argentine midfielder Junior Mendieta and Brazilian winger Lucas Ribeiro Costa.
Mendieta came in from Stellenbosch while Costa has been signed from Belgian club SK Beveren where he has spent the last 18 months.

With the latest signings it means Sundowns have a dressing room pregnant with players on multi million-rand annual packages.
All players at Chloorkop now have packages standing at least a million gross except for development graduates.
First-choice goalkeeper Ronwen Williams is the highest earner in the goalkeeping department which also has Denis Onyango, Kennedy Mweene, and Reyaad Pieterse.
Williams doubles up as by far the best-earning goalkeeper in the DStv Premiership following the salary cuts that Itumeleng Khune has taken at Kaizer Chiefs.
In defence, Moroccan defender Abdelmounaim Boutouil leads the line with Rushine de Reuck, Grant Kekana, Brian Mandela Onyango, Terrence Mashego, Mosa Lebusa, Khuliso Mudau, and Aubrey Modiba all on packages of at least R1 million per year.
Utility man Thapelo Morena is also a top earner of those that can play at the back just like defender-cum-midfielder Rivaldo Coetzee.

Marcelo Allende, Teboho Mokoena and Themba Zwane lead the line joined by Costa, Mendieta, Bongani Zungu, Sipho Mbule, Erwin Saavedra, and Mothobi Mvala.
Neo Maema, Sphelele Mkhulise, and Lebogang Maboe all have packages stretching over a million per annum.
Lesiba Nku has made his arrival at Chloorkop with the best package of his career after joining from Marumo Gallants.
Further up the field Peter Stalulile bosses those tasked with goals as he now has the best package of his career.
It is the same for Thabiso Kutumela and Abubeker Nasir.
The money facts show that besides Zungu, all players at Sundowns are sitting on the best packages of their careers to date.
