They host USM Alger on Wednesday at the Dobsonville Stadium.

"With the team that we have we are confident," states interim coach Raymond Mdaka while acknowledging the challenges of travelling.

"The challenge is more about the travelling, and it becomes a mental aspect.

"It is a matter of managing the minds of the players to remain confident.

"As a technical team we have reached a level where we believe our players understand this situation and have accepted it which it makes it easier for them mentally.

"What we are trying to do is not think too much about the next game but rather the game that is there.

"Mentally I think the players are okay and physically we are trying to manage.

Marumo Gallants are faced with a huge challenge ah

"There is no need for us to cry foul about the travelling, so it is a question of managing the programs because in Europe they play after every two days.

"This needs good preparation, and this is about having enough personnel because the challenge that is there is that you take one squad to Algeria.

"Then after travelling you come and play with the same squad which calls for management.

"In this it means having enough personnel to manage the recovery of the players so that they can be able to play the next game.

"It is something that most of the teams might not take serious but enough personnel like physios, fitness trainers and all these we can be able to do this," says Mdaka.
