Bizana Pondo Chiefs keeping head coach Tshepo Motsoeneng in GladAfrica Championship

The former SuperSport United and Santos FC goalkeeper is set to make his debut in the GladAfrica Championship this weekend.

Chiefs travel to Tshwane to meet University of Pretoria in their first fixture of the 2020/21 season at Tuks Stadium on Saturday.

After helping the Eastern Cape side win promotion from the ABC Motsepe League, Motsoeneng has now been given the responsibility of guiding the club in the NFD.

Chiefs boss Nkosinathi Mqokiyane has confirmed that he is keeping Motsoeneng this season.

"He is going nowhere, we are very much happy about him," Mqokiyane tells snl24.com/kickoff.

"You know we have innovative managers, people who are coming in with a much new style of coaching. So far he is bringing in that. He is a very unique coach."
