McCarthy admitted recently that players would need to be moved on as he looks to strengthen his team, which has not won in four matches.
Somila Ntsundwana has become the first player to be moved on just a few months after he was recalled from a loan spell at relegated Royal Eagles.
The 24-year-old striker has been struggling for game-time at the club and has now joined GladAfrica Championship side Richards Bay.
He joins the Natal Rich Boys on loan until the end of the season and will be looking to impress McCarthy come the end of the campaign.
