With the Covid-19 pandemic changing the format of the competition with only the top two divisions of South African football competing, the last-16 has arrived after just one round of fixtures.
Kaizer Chiefs and Baroka FC succumbed to second-tier sides Richards Bay United and Cape Town Spurs respectively and the GladAfrica Championship sides have now set up ties with domestic rivals.
Spurs kick-off the round in a Cape Town derby against Cape Town All Stars, travelling across the road from their Ikamva base to Parrow Park on Friday, 26 February.
Meanwhile, reigning champions Mamelodi Sundowns face Polokwane City at the Lucas Masterpieces Moripe Stadium on Saturday afternoon at 15h00.
