Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveiro has indicated that The Buccaneers could possibly put out a full-strength squad for the upcoming Nedbank Cup clash against Motsepe Foundation Championship side All Stars.
The Buccaneers have already collected their first piece of silverware this season in the MTN8 and despite keeping one eye on the DStv Premiership, Riveiro has dismissed the idea of rotating his squad when his side go meet Motsepe Foundation Championship outfit All Stars.
"We don't do rotation, we don't rotate players. I explained before," Riveiro said.
"We have a big squad with lots pf quality and every week starts with a different scenario; players are suspended, players are injured, different opportunity because of the way the opponent plays and the moment [form] of your players.
"So, If I change two, three, four or plyers on Saturday, it's not because we're rotating. Its because we have some certain needs. For example, Innocent is not going to be part of the squad so that's one change but it's not a rotation, it's just a need.
"We're playing one game per week at the moment , so there's no need to rotate. We going in with the intention to through on the next round and we will select players for that mission, not because we're rotation.
"There are no rotations at Orlando Pirates."
