Orlando Pirates midfielder Miguel Timm has opened up about seeing his life-long dream of playing for the Buccaneers come to life.
The 32-year-old was signed from Marumo Gallants after an impressive campaign. Before then, Timm had been a well-travelled central midfielder who had enjoyed stints at various club including Wits, Chippa United and Maritzburg United.
Since his arrival at Pirates the hard-man has grown to an important anchor for the Buccaneers, leading Pirates to two consecutive MTN8 Cup wins and the Nedbank Cup in 47 appearances.

Reflecting on his stay, Timm reveals why the club holds a special place in his heart.
"I'm a reserved person but the club has allowed me to expressed my feelings a bit more than I normally do," Timm said at a recent Orlando Pirates media day event.
"The club means a lot to me, it's a dream to be here and I savour every moment I get, and to share it with the supporters and kids and everyone (who) follows the club.
"When I was ten years old, I played for the [Pirates] development. so I've had experience with being a ball boy for Lucky Lekgwathi, OJ Mabizela and Gift Leremi.
"Looking at them, as young as I was, when you think of it, you want to be there one day. So, this is the opportunity I've been given."

"I want to make the most of it and I know my brother also supporters this team a lot, more than I did, honestly. Like I say, this club means everything to me and my family, so I try to enjoy every moment of being here."
Pirates return to DStv Premiership action with a clash against Lamontville Golden Arrows on Sunday at Mpumalanga Stadium.
