Richards Bay FC has officially terminated the contract of midfielder Siyethemba Sithebe.
The 31-year-old midfielder has been shown the door at Richards Bay after being found guilty on allegations of misconduct following an exchange of words with the members of the technical team.
Sithebe has been served with the termination letter after reports of an altercation in the dressing room, which led to his suspension from all club activities.

The player has also been told to hand over the Natal Rich Boyz training kit following the termination of his contract with the club.
The manager of the former AmaZulu midfielder, Musa Sithebe, has confirmed that the club confirmed the termination in writing.
"He was served with the termination letter on December 18. I don't want to talk much about the content of the termination letter. However, we are disputing the terms of terminating his contract. We have since written a letter to the club. The club has 10 days to respond before we pursue other legal options to try and resolve the matter," Sithebe tells KickOff.

"We will try to follow the procedure and if the matter is not solved, we will seek an (alternative path) and probably take the matter to FIFA," he added.
Sithebe made 121 appearances for AmaZulu since joining the the club from Mbombela United in 2017, before he went on to amass 33 club appearances with Kaizer Chiefs between 2022 and 2024.
