Orlando Pirates star Thembinkosi Lorch has made a name for himself on the pitch and off of it, he flexes some luxury brands that matches his high-profile status in South African football.
The 2018/19 PSL Footballer of the Season is well known on social media for his taste in designer clothing and sneakers but one of his recent flexes showcased the Mickey Mouse Ace range that's no longer on the market for purchase.
"Kill your fear and tighten up your shoelaces for the race ahead," read the caption on his post on Instagram where he's built up an impressive following of over 260 000 people.
When Gucci partnered with Disney
Lorch's latest kicks which are valued between R10 000 and R12 000 was part of the 2020 partnership between Disney and Gucci led by the creative flair of designer Alessandro Michele.
The idea is said to have been sparked by the Chinese "Year of the Mouse" which explains the Mickey Mouse meets Gucci silhouette like finishing.
Usual style?
Apart from Gucci, Lorch often shows off his Calvin Klein shirts and crewnecks when he's now kitted out in one of his sponsored brands PUMA.
