Steve Komphela has raised his fist in embracing the challenge of welcoming the combative personality of Gabadinho Mhango along with Andile Jali, and Dumisani Zuma.
Mhango, Jali, and Zuma have headlined the new signings at Swallows, and based on their past and the kind of characters that they are questions have been asked about their dressing room influence.

Yet for all those debates, Komphela has come out strongly in defence.
"Fighter as usual and beautiful free kick that forced that forced Keet to a save," says Komphela in reference to Mhango.
"Those are trademarks of an attacker.
"The guy smells a goal, wants goals, and looks for spaces.
"Also, the influence that he is with the players, he has a competitive spirit, and he fights.
"That is what we know of Mhango.
"And contrary to...I think this must kick out of the dressing room quickly.
"Geniuses will always pose a challenge and not a problem because geniuses are intelligent.
"You cannot go to a genius and give them a 10-point questionnaire that is the same as everyone else because a genius will complete it by the time you finish giving the sheets to the last candidate.
"What is going to happen afterward?
"He starts to be delinquent.
"So, a genius needs work and special work.
"A genius focuses on what he is given.
"They complete it and as the last sheet is given to the last candidate in the classroom, he is busy with his special work.

"I don't have a problem with players that are highly gifted.'
"Show me any other person who is highly gifted and still normal.
"Highly gifted people are special, and you need to give them special responsibilities and I love that.

"The character of a genius is not going to be that of a modest person, timid, humble, and all that.
"I love that because these are people who make our team special, and they can walk into any dressing room at any club.
"They will never be intimidated but they are an intimidation to those who don't understand them.
"When they walk in, if you have less character or lack self-esteem, they will intimidate you but if you have assurance then you will not have problems with such.
"Those are personalities, and you have to deal with them.
"If you are weak and can't deal with strong people then get out of the way," details Komphela.
