Serbian goalkeeper Obren Cuckovic has disclosed that Swallows FC have failed to meet their settlement obligations despite agreeing to pay in September.
This then means Swallows' transfer ban remains in place and they could ultimately have the funds recovered from their PSL monthly grant as was the case with Patrick Tignyemb's case against Bloemfontein Celtic.

Swallows have a transfer ban imposed by FIFA on their heads after Cuckovic and Vladimir Mandic of Slovenia took the club to the world governing body for breach of contract and won the case.
FIFA issued the ruling in midyear and Swallows then went into negotiation with the two players' German lawyer and agreed to a reported settlement fee in the region of R300 000 for each, but the club still hasn't met their side of the bargain.
"The FIFA transfer ban is still on until Swallows have paid all of what they have to pay us and so far, they haven't paid us anything despite agreeing to a settlement in September," Cuckovic tells KickOff.com in an exclusive interview from Serbia.
"This was a settlement that they also agreed to in September so that we finish this case, but they still haven't made any payment to us because I have not received anything.
"Our German lawyer was in negotiations with the people from Swallows about a lesser settlement which they both agreed on, but they still haven't paid.
"The lawyer has told me that the transfer ban remains intact and come January they will face a bigger problem if they still haven't paid.
"If they don't pay the settlement by January then they will have to pay the 12 months' salary that they owe us which is more money.
"They were supposed to have long paid that settlement by now, but they still haven't met their obligation as we speak despite the agreements.
"They just changed the name of the club and now think they don't have to pay.
"I have been surprised by the statements that have been made by their chairman (David Mogashoa) but with FIFA there is law," details Cuckovic.
Swallows are liable to pay the two players their dues with interest plus legal fees incurred along the way which will stretch to almost R5 million.
Cuckovic played only two games for Swallows as they were relegated from the PSL in the 2014/15 season and is now working as first assistant at Serbian third division club OFK Backa Palanka.
Mandic scored once in 16 games for Swallows in the same season.
Mogashoa has previously been quoted as saying the club is working on the matter after the club appealed the initial ruling made by FIFA.
Swallows FC's lawyers have claimed the case was complicated by SAFA erring in linking them to the previous Moroka Swallows.
The non-payment of the two players emanates from the previous Moroka Swallows entity which was liquidated before the rise of Swallows FC born from the status of Maccabi FC.
