Striker Botes, 38, joined the National First Division side last season following the non-renewal of his contract at Platinum Stars, while former Ajax Cape Town defender Poggenpoel has been with AmaTuks since 2016.
According to a source close to Bartlett, Tuks are set to part ways with as many as 20 players next week and bring in Evangelos Velios to replace the Bafana Bafana legend, who initially took over the reins from Sammy Troughton at the club in January 2016.
"Both Poggenpoel and Botes are not coming back next season," says the informant.
"The issue of the head coach is still being discussed.
"Velios is earmarked to take over as head coach next season."
The Tshwane-based outfit finished 11th in the second tier this past season.
