The Mpumalanga-based side have been confirmed as the second ABC Motsepe League side to rise to the NFD next season after joining Maccabi FC in the play-offs final, thereby gaining access to a R350 000 monthly grant from the PSL for 2018/19.
Due to the high costs of running a football team in South Africa, many owners have been forced to sell their club's status once they reach the NFD.
There has also been talk that Acornbush United may launch a bid for Sporting's franchise, but Nkosi has dismissed such speculation.
"We are expecting to compete in the NFD. The problem of most teams is that their owners look to benefit from the grant," Nkosi tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"Our owner is amazing; he made it clear to me that the grant will be used to run the team, he don't want to be involved in it. This grant must be used for club matters. We will be able to run the team without any problems if this grant is used correctly. We had more than 40 players but now we will have less because players have to stay in a clubhouse.
"The boys fought and we made it even though it was difficult. To the players maybe it hasn't sunk in yet, but as for me I have been promoted before. I have been promoted with Mthatha Bucks, I have been promoted with Dynamos ... so I have been there.
"In Mpumalanga they are waiting for us so we will celebrating on our way home. We will be singing the whole way until we reach Mpumalanga. We must finish the mission [tomorrow's play-offs final] first, then we can celebrate.
"TS Sporting will never be sold to Acornbush or any other team, I guarantee you. We will be playing our home games at Kabokweni Stadium, same venue we used in the ABC Motsepe League. We will continue there, it's a top-class stadium.
"Mpumalanga have four teams in the NFD now, let's hope next season we can pull together so one team from the province gets promoted. At least one must reach the play-offs."
