One of Africa's biggest sides is reportedly waiting on a decision from Percy Tau as they plot a move that would take him away from Al Ahly.
Egyptian Premier League giants Zamalek are reportedly demanding that contact be made with the South African's representatives as uncertainty continues to surround his future.

According to El Watan Sport, the club's board of directors are the driving force behind the desire to contact the player's agent in an effort to know his "final position" on a potential move.
It has previously been claimed that the side's former president Mamdouh Abbas met with the player and his agent to discuss a transfer.

It has also been suggested that the former Mamelodi Sundowns star demanded an annual salary of $2.5 million (R45 million), as well as a signing-on bonus comprising his first full season's salary, which Abbas is said to have partially agreed to.
Now, according to an El Watan source, Zamalek officials have "moved strongly" in the past few days to understand their chances of landing the player's services if he does decide to leave the Red Devils.
"Zamalek's management is already awaiting Percy Tau's final position with Al Ahly, especially since the Portuguese [head coach] Jose Gomes does not mind including him," the source stated.
This comes after Tau reportedly fell out with Ahly manager Marcel Koller, as a result of what has been described as the forward's "reckless" attitude in training.
However, this was believed to be a response to the Swiss tactician supposedly informing the 12-time CAF Champions League winners' hierarchy that the South African can leave the club in order to bring in a suitable foreign replacement.
