With the 2024/25 CAF Champions League group draw having just been completed, Percy Tau's Al Ahly and the continents' other heavyweights have found out who their opponents are!
The reigning continental champions will be determined to defend their title, but first they will have to make it out of Group C, in which they will be competing against CR Belouizdad, Stade d'Abidjan and Orlando Pirates.

This comes after CAF's official draw in Cairo, which featured Guinea star Naby Keita and Egypt legend Ahmed Fathy as the draw assistants.
With each team finding out who they will be competing with to secure a place in the round of 16 having been confirmed, Elias Mokwana's Esperance Sportive de Tunis set to take on Pyramids FC, GD Sagrada Esperança, Djoliba de Bamako in Group D.
Meanwhile, TP Mazembe and Mamelodi Sundowns, who were among the top-seeded teams heading into the draw, find themselves competing in Group A and Group B, respectively.
