The eagerly awaited tie will mark the fifth meeting between the two sides in the Champions League since 2013.
During that period, both teams have secured one win each, with the other two fixtures ending in draws, according to Transfermarkt.
Al Ahly's leading marksman, Wessam Abou Ali, faced a race against time to recover from his injury. However, after it was confirmed that he participated in training on Tuesday, the Palestine international has now been included in the squad travelling to Orlando.
Midfielder Emam Ashour recently made headlines over a fallout with captain Mohamed El Shenawy. The attacking midfielder was fined by the club for his conduct. Despite this, and after recovering from a minor injury, he has also been included in the final squad.
South African star Percy Tau's inclusion in the side to face the Buccaneers has been confirmed. The 30-year-old will look to add to his record of three goals and two assists against the Bucs.
