The 30-year-old has been confirmed as Nkana FC's newest acquisition after calling time on his stint with Young Africans in Tanzania.
The Zambia international has returned to his homeland on a permanent deal after spending last season in the MTN Super League with ZESCO United.
The forward was loaned out to the southern African giants for the last two seasons, but after the conclusion of the most recent campaign, Zega Mambo decided against signing him permanently, and Nkana pounced on the opportunity to land the former Chiefs hitman.
Zambia's most successful team confirmed the news of Kambole's acquisition prior to their 1-1 draw with Mutondo Stars, announcing his arrival on their official X account with a tweet that read: "Introducing our latest addition to the RED Family, please say hello to Lazarous Kambole! He has an impressive goal-scoring record, and we are thrilled to have hm on board. We can't wait to see him in action."

During Kambole's initial stint at ZESCO United, his performances caught the eye of the Glamour Boys. The forward would ditch the Ndola-based side for Naturena in 2019, and would spend three years with Chiefs before leaving them for Yanga.
Last year, though, he was involved in a wage dispute with the Tanzanian outfit, with the latter being hit with a FIFA ban after he won his case with the club.
