Rulani slams referees in Morocco

Wydad Casablanca head coach Rulani Mokwena took aim at the referees after his side's vital win on Friday night.

The Red Castle got back to winning ways in the Botola Pro 1 with a 1-0 victory over Olympique d'Asifi thanks to a solitrary strike from Oussama Zemraoui.

Despite getting on the winning side this time around, the South African felt the officials have been a big reason for dropping poits this season.

"We lost 12 points this season in the league because of refereeing decisions, but what can we do?," Mokwena said after the game, as per Sport LeSiteinfo.

Mokwena also defended his decision to make the changes to the starting line-up every game.

"We made several changes at first, due to the lack of harmony between the players, but in the last matches, the features of an official Wydad lineup began to appear," he added.

The Red Castle are now unbeaten in their last four matches, while Friday's win will certainly have eased the pressure on the head coach.
