The striker, who scored 17 goals for Highlanders FC, is set to be out of contract on 31 December 2024, allowing him to join a club of his choice on a free transfer next month.
According to a report by NewZimbabwe, Chikuhwa is being courted by 2024 Carling Knockout Cup champions Magesi FC.
It is also said that the Limpopo outfit faces competition for the centre-forward's signature as newly promoted Zimbabwean team to the top flight, Scottland FC, are also believed to be pursuing the player.
Chikuhwa's stellar 2024 campaign also saw him finish as the first runner-up for Soccer Star of the Year, losing out to winner Walter Musona, and finishing ahead of second runner-up Khama Billiat.
Billiat would later praise Chikuhwa for the season he had this year.
The Warriors star told H-Metro after the end-of-season football awards ceremony: "I really want to appreciate everyone. I came back to play football. I really appreciate the good times we had at Yadah Stars.
"We had great games. To the league's top goal scorer, you really pushed, my brother. Thank you so much."
