Werder Bremen 3-2 FC Augsburg Yuya Osako's double inspired Werder Bremen to an enterprising 3-2 victory over ten-man FC Augsburg at the Weserstadion in Sunday's Bundesliga action. Osako's opened the scoring for the home side after six minutes, but Ruben Vargas put the game all square again six minutes later. Josh Sargent though restored the hosts's lead with a 21st minute strike before Augsburg had Stephan Lichtsteiner sent off. However, Vargas showed up with the leveller straight from the interval to round-up his brace. A certain Japanese-born though had the final say as Osako stabbed home the winner in the 67th minute for their first win of the season. Eintracht Frankfurt 2-1 Fortuna Dusseldorf Eintracht Frankfurt were back on the winning trail with a 2-1 triumph over Fortuna Dusseldorf at the Commerzbank-Arena. Fortuna made the early breakthrough in the 36th minute through a stern Rouwen Hennings finish. Eintracht levelled matters following the halftime break after Bas Dost finished into an empty net in the 57th minute. Forward Goncalo Paciencia nailed the all-important winner two minutes to full-time, as Eintracht end the weekend in seventh place three points off first place.
