Bayern Munich have revealed the squad number of Philippe Coutinho after securing the Brazil superstar on loan from FC Barcelona.
Coutinho, 27, joined Barcelona in January 2018 for a club-record £142 million deal from Liverpool as the LaLiga champions looked to fill the gap of club legend Andres Iniesta and compatriot Neymar Jr.
However, after just one full season at the Spanish giants, the Brazilian playmaker has completed a season-long loan deal to Bayern as his sub-standard displays saw him fall out of favour at the Camp Nou.
While neither Bayern nor the Blaugrana have dislosed his future transfer fee, Sky Sports reports a deal worth £109.8m has been agreed to make the stay permanent at the end of the current season.
The Bavarian giants have also forked out £7.78m upfront for the loan deal, while also agreeing to pay his wages in full over the duration of the 2019/20 season.
