One of Chelsea's most important players has issued an emphatic response to speculation linking him with a move to Arsenal.
Earlier this week, the Gunners completed the signing of Kai Havertz from Chelsea in a deal worth £65 million (R1.5 billion).

It seems that transfer has inspired rumours of a similar move for Blues right-back Reece James, with an Arsenal supporter taking to Twitter to write "who would say to no" to the idea the right-back also joining Mikel Arteta's side.
To the surprise of many, though, the England fullback took it upon himself to provide a very blunt response, replying with the words: "I say no."

The 23-year-old seemingly remains loyal to his current team, having spent his entire career at Stamford Bridge after joining the club's academy in 2006 as a seven-year-old.
Both Arsenal and Chelsea are heavily involved in the transfer market this off-season, with the west Londoners having already parted ways with several players, including Kalidou Koulibaly, Edouard Mendy and Mateo Kovacic, while Hakim Ziyech, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Mason Mount all look to be departing soon having reportedly agreed deals with new teams.
The north Londoners, meanwhile, are said to be concentrating their efforts on completing deals for Declan Rice from West Ham United and Jurrien Timber of Ajax Amsterdam.
It is understood agreements are in place for both players to arrive at the Emirates, but documents and medical examinations are yet to be completed.
In terms of outgoings at Arsenal, seven players – Granit Xhaka, Thomas Partey, Nicolas Pepe, Kieran Tierney, Eddie Nketiah, Folarin Balogun and Rob Holding – are said to have been placed on the transfer list, with the club reportedly looking to raise €100 million (R2 billion) in sales.
