Spurs 'name price' for Kane amid Bayern links

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly named their price for striker Harry Kane, who has been linked with Bayern Munich and Manchester United.

Kane has once again been linked with a departure as the North London side are set to finish another season without silverware.

The England international has one year left on his current deal with Spurs, but it remains to be seen if the striker will extend after another trophyless campaign.

The Sun reported earlier this month that the Red Devils had made contact with striker's campaign through a "third party" and were pleased by the response.

Bundesliga champions Bayern are also said to be monitoring the situation as they look for a replacement for Robert Lewandowski, who left the club to join Barcelona in the off-season.

The Times have now reported that Spurs are demanding a club record fee £100million for Kane's services, with the entire fee paid upfront rather than in instalments.

Former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry has urged to the Spurs captain to leave if wants to have a better career.

"If I was him I would go. It's up for him to choose where but I would go, he has to know where he wants to go," Henry told CBS Sports.

"A player like that, a player of his calibre, should not talk about just his goals at the end of his career. If I was him, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if all I could talk about is my goals.

"Listen, it's a great achievement and I have massive respect for him – I think he's outstanding. But if that's the only thing you can bring to the table at the end of your career, that's tough for me."
